I’m Beth. Beth Latham. East Tennessee born and raised, Blount County proud, and forever connected to the rolling hills, the morning mist, and the deep roots of Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains.
By trade I’m a REALTOR® with Realty Executives Associates — I help families find their place in this beautiful state I love so much. But if you know me, you know I’ve never been just a realtor. I’m a storyteller. A Tennessee enthusiast. A woman who believes that where you live isn’t just an address — it’s the backdrop to your whole life.
And I’ve got a lot of life to share.

Tennessee isn’t just where I work. It’s where I breathe.
It’s the fog sitting low over the Smokies on a Tuesday morning. It’s the sound of live music drifting down a Knoxville street on a warm Friday night. It’s a glass of something good, a porch with a view, and neighbors who still wave when you drive by.
It’s Friendsville. It’s Maryville. It’s the backroads between here and there that most people never find — but once they do, they never leave.
